Employee Google Email Access
Mail: New R-CCC accounts (E-mail and Moodle) may take up to 24 hours after the closing of each day of registration to be created (accounts for those registering during early registration will be created within 24 hours of the closing of the first regular registration day). Passwords for all accounts are all managed individually (changing one will not change the others).

|Password:||For new students, this will be your birth day + your birth month + your birth year. Day and month are two digits (January is 01, not just 1), and year is four digits. You will be prompted to change this the first time you login. If you are an existing student, your password is whatever you previously changed it to. (January 4th, 1980 = 01041980)|
For example, if John Smith was born on January 4th, 1980, his account would be as follows:
E-mail address: email@example.com / Username: john.doe / Initial Password: 01041980
*Be sure to note there is a period between the first and last name. If there is already a student in the system with the same first and last name, your e-mail address may contain a number after your last name (firstname.lastname@example.org)
