Minority Male Mentoring

 

The purpose of the Brotherhood of the Shinda Society (B.O.S.S.) is to (1) increase the retention and graduation rates of minority male students, (2) to serve as role models for fellow students, (3) to encourage academic excellence, self-esteem, and personal growth.

B.O.S.S. is an initiative that is grant funded and has four main goals. They are as follows: Goal 1: Increase transition from development to curriculum courses; Goal 2: Increase retention; Goal 3: Increase graduation; Goal 4: Increase transfer to four-year.
Program Requirements: You must be a currently enrolled student to join the Brotherhood of the Shinda Society. If interested fill out the B.O.S.S. application and return to Mr. Tremaine Kwasikpui.
