Student transcripts are available under the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (P.L. 93-380). Under this act, written consent from the student is required before the student records can be released to anyone.
Transcripts, official or unofficial, can not be processed until all of the student’s financial obligations to the College have been satisfied.
Requests and payments are made through the Cashier’ Office; located in the Jernigan Building, Room 102
Unofficial – no charge
Official – $5.00 each
Processing and pick up is done in the Student Service’s Office; located in the New Student Center, Room 111

Payments can be made by VISA and MASTERCARD (credit or debt).
The completed transcript form must be mailed or faxed.
In Person: Cashier’s Office, Jernigan Building, Room 102.
Complete the transcript form at the Cashier’s window.
- The Transcript Form must be completed entirely and signed by the student.
- Incomplete forms are not accepted.
