Mission Statement

The Human Resources Department exists to provide courteous and professional assistance to all Roanoke-Chowan Community College employees; to administer their benefits and changes in their employment status; to assist supervisors with employment changes and hiring within their programs; to maintain accurate and confidential records; and to help ensure compliance with R-CCC policies and employment and benefit laws.
