BASIC SKILLS


BASIC SKILLS INSTRUCTOR NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Location: ADVP Center in Ahoskie
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
& 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Four year education degree required with teaching experience in special education/exceptional children preferred.



PART-TIME BASIC SKILLS INSTRUCTOR NEEDED

To teach at The Roanoke Center in Rich Square, NC
Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Class begins August 10, 2009 or as soon as an instructor is hired
BA in Education required; MA in Education preferred
Experience in teaching in adult basic education preferred
Completion of “Effective Teacher Training” workshop



PART-TIME ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) INSTRUCTOR

This class is taught summer, fall and spring semesters
BA in Education required; MA in Education or ESL preferred.
Two years experience teaching ESL required.
