From the Dean of Student Services

Welcome to the Roanoke-Chowan Community College Student Services Division. This Division supports the mission and goals of the College by providing support services that enable citizens to enroll in appropriate academic programs to complete educational and career goals that can lead to employment opportunities, further education, or a better quality of life.

The Division is committed to achieving its mission by providing support services from pre-admission through graduation that help students achieve academic, personal, and social growth. Support services in the areas of recruitment, admissions, personal and career counseling, placement testing, academic advising, registration, financial aid, veterans assistance, child care assistance, tutoring, referrals, records, cultural enrichment, student activities and job placement are available through the Student Services Division. Recognizing that people are unique and deserve the opportunity to reach their potential, the Student Services staff strives to offer these services in an environment in which a diversified population can maximize its talent. Support services are available during day and evening hours.
