A Night of Golden Dreams: R-CCC’s Premier Gala to Support Student Success

 

 

AHOSKIE, NC –Roanoke-Chowan Community College (R-CCC) proudly announces its premier gala event, A Night of Golden Dreams, set to take place on Oct. 11, 2025, on the R-CCC campus. This evening of elegance and purpose is dedicated to celebrating hope, achievement and opportunity while raising essential funds to expand resources for students.

As the institution’s signature fundraising event, A Night of Golden Dreams aims to generate funding to enhance student scholarships.

“Through this gala, we have the incredible opportunity to empower students and strengthen our region’s workforce,” said R-CCC VP of Workforce & Institutional Advancement Steven Mathews. “Your generosity fuels education, opportunity and the dreams of countless students who will shape the future.”

R-CCC President Dr. Murray J. Williams echoed this sentiment, stating, “Every dollar invested in our students represents a step toward building a stronger, more skilled workforce for our community. A Night of Golden Dreams is more than just a celebration; it is a commitment to the power of education and its ability to transform lives.”
