Moodle and DL Technical Support

At R-CCC, we use a learning management system called Moodle for any online coursework as well as for access to your class gradebooks and syllabi. Our Main Moodle site (accessible by clicking the “Main Moodle Login” button below) houses all our Curriculum classes and all of our online, hybrid, and blended Continuing Education classes that have started since July 1, 2024. If you are taking a Continuing Education class that started prior to July 1, 2024, that class is still hosted on the Continuing Education Moodle (accessible by clicking the Continuing Education Moodle button below).


Moodle Technical Assistance

Roanoke-Chowan Community College students and faculty experiencing technical difficulties with Moodle should contact the Distance Learning Office at 252-862-1242 or at online@roanokechowan.edu. Should assistance be needed outside of normal business hours, students and faculty have access to a 24/7 support environment through Anthology Helpdesk to assist with technical and log-in issues. This helpdesk includes the following services:

Support representatives can provide you with technical and process support for the Moodle Learning System and other software. If you need phone support, please call the toll-free number 1-877-859-2661.

Real-Time Chat

This tool allows you to contact our support representatives 24/7. You can access this tool from the support portal here.


Reporting a Problem with a Class

Students who wish to share concerns and/or officially register complaints about academic services, programs, college processes, or faculty or staff should follow the R-CCC Student Complaint and Grievance Procedures as outlined on the Student Grievance Procedure/Due Process webpage.
