Moodle and DL Technical Support
At R-CCC, we use a learning management system called Moodle for all of our curriculum and continuing education coursework. We have two sites and you can explore each one here. Moodle Technical Assistance
Roanoke-Chowan Community College students and faculty experiencing technical difficulties with Moodle should contact the Distance Learning Office at 252-862-1242 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should assistance be needed outside of normal business hours, students and faculty have access to a 24/7 support environment through Anthology Helpdesk to assist with technical and log-in issues. This helpdesk includes the following services:

Reporting a Problem with a Class
Students who wish to share concerns and/or officially register complaints about academic services, programs, college processes, or faculty or staff should follow the R-CCC Student Complaint and Grievance Procedures as outlined on the Student Grievance Procedure/Due Process webpage.
