Overview
Are you interested in hands-on work with machines, tools, and modern technology? The Industrial Systems Technology program is designed to help you build the skills needed to safely install, maintain, and repair the equipment that keeps industries running smoothly.Whether you're just starting your career or looking to upgrade your skills, this program offers a solid foundation in both the theory and practical techniques used in today’s industrial workplaces. You'll gain experience in:
Reading blueprints and technical drawings
Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems
Working with electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Welding, machining, and metal fabrication
Using diagnostic tools and repair procedures
You’ll have the chance to work with real equipment in hands-on lab settings, developing the multi-craft skills employers are looking for. Advanced courses may also be available for those looking to take their knowledge even further.
